Orders Outside the United States (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the United States:

  • Import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, and other local taxes are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Any applicable fees will be assessed by your local customs authority upon delivery.

  • TennisPROstore has no control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount, as customs policies vary by country.

Customs & Delivery Responsibility

  • If an order is refused, delayed, or returned due to unpaid import taxes or customs fees, the customer remains responsible for all shipping and return costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases where delivery fails due to customs issues.

Price Accuracy & Checkout Transparency

  • All product prices are listed clearly on our website.

  • Taxes (if applicable) are shown separately at checkout before payment is completed.

  • There are no hidden tax charges added after an order is placed.
